Service Process
How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
For heavy daily use, every 3 months. For lighter, evening-only use, every 6 months works. Singapore's humidity and dust load mean longer intervals risk mould growth in the drainage tray.
How fast can you come for an emergency repair?
Same-day slots are usually available across the West Region. For urgent leaks or complete cooling failure, call or WhatsApp +65 9182 5233 — we prioritise emergencies.

Services & Scope
What's included in a standard aircon servicing?
Filter washing, evaporator coil wipe-down, drainage tray flush, blower wheel cleaning, vacuuming, and a drainage-pipe check. Chemical washing, gas top-up, and parts replacement are quoted separately.
When do I need a chemical wash instead of regular servicing?
Go for a chemical wash when cooling weakens despite regular servicing, the unit smells mouldy, you see black slime in the drainage, or the unit is 5+ years old and hasn't had one. Typical cadence: every 1–2 years for heavy use.
Does aircon refrigerant need topping up every year?
No. Aircon is a sealed system — if it 'needs' regular top-ups, you have a leak. The right fix is to find and repair the leak, then refill. Providers who push annual top-ups without leak checks are a red flag.
What's included in a maintenance contract?
Scheduled general servicing at your chosen cadence (quarterly or yearly), priority response between visits, locked-in multi-unit pricing, and transparent scope (chemical wash and parts are quoted separately when needed).
Why is my aircon making a rattling or buzzing noise?
Rattling is usually a loose fan blade or housing screw. Humming often points to a failing capacitor or fan motor. Buzzing can be electrical (relay or contactor). A technician should inspect anything beyond a brief rattle to rule out compressor risk.
When should I replace my aircon instead of repairing it?
Roughly: if a repair is more than 50% of the cost of a new unit, the existing unit is 10+ years old, or it runs on R22 refrigerant (being phased out), replacement usually wins. We'll give you an honest read during the site visit.
